Our experience with hiring SRT Building & Renovation has been excellent!! We had a very small den that they enlarged for us to a good size bedroom and added a modern bathroom with a glass enclosed tub/shower. At the same time they also remodeled our very dated guest bathroom. A very nice upgrade. We also made a substantial garage addition. All of the work required excavation, new foundation, complete framing , roofing. Also included was rough through finish, plumbing, electrical and carpentry. They always showed up on time and were very nice to work with. We highly recommend them! Read Less

SRT 5 star job!! I contracted Mario and SRT to renovate my bathroom and the results were beyond my expectations! Mario is extremely knowledgeable with construction codes and requirements. With his guidance, the job went smoothly and stress free. He ALWAYS answered my phone calls and was very able to answer all my questions throughout the project. I was under a very short deadline to get the bathroom reno completed in less than a month. Luckily, they had an opening in their schedule and they started 2 days later. His team worked 6 days a week to meet the deadline. They finished in 3 weeks and the results are GORGEOUS!!! Mario and the team are professionals and know exactly what they are doing. I couldn't be happier with SRT and my new gorgeous bathroom. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SRT and Mario!!!

Mario and Carlos led my husband and I through a fantastic remodel on the exterior of our home this year. I have known Mario for years and when we wanted to give our house exterior a refresh and new roof (plus moving windows, adding new interior doors, fixing old plumbing, adding a tankless water heater, etc!) I knew I would be able to rely on his expertise and help. Carlos was our site manager and anytime I had a problem or new idea he and the team would figure it out. Their pricing is very fair and all of the crew was kind and meticulous. I can't speak highly enough about their work and will definitely hire them again when we're ready for phase 2!

SRT Building and Renovation was exceptional. From the planning and estimation, to the electronic updates and throughout the entire remodel, they were incredibly professional and detailed. The site always remained very clean, which is a great indicator of the quality level of the provider. When issues arise unexpectedly, they are immediate in contacting us and offering solutions, most of the time immediately fixing with their varied crew. We are so happy with the job they did on our house remodel, that we are now planning an addition to our house as well. We would highly recommend them for any home or real estate project you have.

We cannot say enough how much we loved SRT Building! Mario, Carlos and crew were so pleasant to work with through the 3 month project. Our remodel included a family room re-do, consisting of creating a new window space, expanding a slider window door and removing a wall to expose the staircase. And then there was the huge remodel of our upstairs master bath which included expanding our space by 18 sq feet! They cavaliered our 2nd story bathroom out so it "floats" out the side of the house and was finished off so perfectly, you would never have know it hadn't been there for 50 years! We had a lot of cosmetic work to do upstairs including replacing an old linen closet with new cabinetry, all new doors, moldings and fresh paint. They worked so quickly I was barely keeping up with them on my purchasing hardware and picking out paint colors. They stayed on schedule, even got ahead a few times. We threw a lot of extras at them and they completed everything we needed. I highly recommend the SRT Building and Renovation company! I have included a few before and after photos, and one of the cavaliered space during the project.

SRT did our home remodel (entire second floor and most of the first floor). I have nothing but high praise for this team. Professional and meticulous (clean, clean, clean), this is a contractor that gives you not just top quality work but also they have a strong, dedicated work ethic toward the job that, in my opinion, is very often hard to find. I would highly recommend SRT to anyone who wishes to do a remodel, etc.
